Delivery & Returns Information

Product dispatch:
We deliver to mainland UK only. Most products are held in stock and orders are usually are dispatched within 3-5 working days. We will contact you within 24 hours of your order to confirm your delivery date. In the event that the product is temporarily out of stock, or is likely to have an extended delivery period, we will phone or email you to advise you of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately we are unable to specify the time of day the delivery will be made. We recommend that you do NOT arrange the installation of any products or removal of your current kitchen before actually receiving and checking the goods. We cannot be held liable for any consequential losses, charges, damages or expenses incurred as a result of a delay in delivery. For all orders, goods will be delivered by a tail-lift truck. The delivery will be a curb side delivery. Please make sure there are at least x2 able bodied persons available to unload the delivery. Please be aware that your kitchen will be delivered in a 17ton lorry (10.5m LONG x 2.43m WIDE x 3.81m HEIGHT). The driver will get the delivery vehicle as close to the delivery address as is safe to do so. In some cases, where access restrictions apply we may not be able to get the delivery close to your delivery address. In these cases it is advised you arrange to have at least x3 able bodied persons available to unload the delivery. If there is a failed delivery or you are not at home on the pre-arranged day of delivery, a re-delivery charge up to £150 (within our standard delivery area) will need to be paid before goods are re-dispatched.

Restocking:
Hallmark Kitchens Express Ltd are unable to restock worktops. A 20% Minimum restocking charge of product value(s) will be applied for unwanted items. Products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Discontinued products can not be taken back for restocking. When returning goods, it is recommended that the customer enquire about “damage cover” with their carrier. If the goods are damaged during return transit to us, a refund will not be issued in these circumstances. Once received, you will be refunded the cost of the goods less the original delivery charge. Goods supplied as ordered but subsequently not accepted on delivery will be subject to our restocking charges, unless a cancellation notice has been made in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Damaged, Defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Hallmark Kitchens Express Ltd must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged or defected product (s). Products must be returned in their original packaging. Hallmark Kitchens Express will not accept the return of goods that have been partially or completely installed, if the damage, defect or incorrect supply could have been recognised prior to installation.

Delivery and Courier charges.
Hallmark Kitchens Express offer free delivery on orders over £500 within our regular delivery area. If the delivery address is out of our regular delivery area then a higher spend amount is required to get free delivery (See delivery schedule for details). a hallmark representative will contact you to discuss any additional delivery charges. If any additional items are required then an out sourced courier company will be used and delivery charges will apply. These charges will be advised at point of order.
